# Conversations & Channels

> Work from the conversation detail page to reply on the right channel, review the guest context and keep contact records connected.

## Video recap

Work from the conversation detail page to reply on the right channel, review the guest context and keep contact records connected.

### Read and compose messages

Translate the conversation or search within its messages. Choose the reply channel above the composer, then write a message or use Ask AI to draft and revise it. The video demonstrates Cmd+G and editing selected text.

### Use the context beside the conversation

Review the conversation summary, reservation and property details. When the relevant features are configured, the sidebar also shows guest portal submissions, access links, linked tasks and smart devices.

### Review activity

The activity area helps you see what teammates and the AI have done in the conversation, alongside the information connected to the contact.

### Keep channels attached to the right person

Add a missing contact method to connect another channel. When records are incorrectly combined or duplicated, use the split or merge actions to correct which contact and conversation they belong to.
