### Build the guest journey

Choose which pages guests see during registration, pre-stay, in-stay and post-stay. Assign properties to the portal and adjust its branding. Set when access instructions unlock before check-in.

### Registration forms and required steps

Use Rules to configure check-in forms and other guest requirements. Decide whether a step is required before access and whether it applies to the primary guest or everyone. Add conditions and nested fields based on reservation details or previous answers.

### Rental agreements and mandatory fees

Build a rental agreement using reservation variables and review the guest signing flow. Configure mandatory fees such as city tax, including the calculation method, limits and exemptions based on registration answers.

### Damage protection and deposits

Offer a damage waiver, a security deposit or both. Set default amounts and conditional scenarios, test the calculation with a sample booking, and configure deposit authorization and release timing.

### Access instructions and guides

Show the property’s access steps, house manual and local guides in the portal. Create a guide with AI and customize its text and places of interest.

### Services and requests

Add a service with a fixed or reservation-based price. Choose direct purchase or a request that requires approval, then use Requests to track service requests. Analytics is mentioned as upcoming work and is not demonstrated.
