## Video recap

Keep property information organized and turn it into house manuals tailored to guests and your team.

### Property details and access instructions

Review property details, photos, documents and calendar activity. Add Trellis-specific fields, rooms and elements, then use photos, videos and written steps to explain how guests access the property and use its amenities.

### Connected people and default assignments

Keep owner, front-office, vendor and other useful contacts with the property. Set default task assignees by department so new work reaches the team or provider responsible for that property.

### Smart devices and property health

Review connected locks and sensors from the property or device list. Use Health to follow open and completed issues, including the history of a specific room or element when deciding whether to repair or replace it.

### Property groups

Create groups of properties to organize your portfolio. The walkthrough shows selecting properties and using parent groups to combine existing groups.

### House manual templates and property overrides

Choose an audience, such as guests or maintenance, and build sections from existing property fields. Apply the shared template, then customize an individual property’s manual by hiding information that does not apply.
