# Workspace & Account Settings

> Set up the workspace your team shares, then adjust the preferences that apply only to your own account.

Set up the workspace your team shares, then adjust the preferences that apply only to your own account.

### Workspace details and regional settings

Update the workspace name and logo, then check the business location, currency, time zone and default language. Complete the business and invoicing information in the general settings.

### Billing and operational preferences

Review the subscription status and active listings in Billing, and open billing management to configure the payment method. Utilities contains preferences for the way your team uses different areas of Trellis.

### Your personal account

Choose your interface language, time format, theme and default workspace. The “Enter adds a new line” preference changes whether Enter inserts a line break or sends a message.

### Calls, notifications and security

Choose whether your profile receives calls, adjust ringtone and inbox sounds, and review mobile call preferences. The account menu also provides notification settings, password changes, location tracking and sign-out.
