Manage team work from task details through checklists, calendar views and daily visit scheduling.

### Statuses, urgency and task context

Use task statuses to distinguish work that is open, pending, blocked, scheduled or completed. Set urgency, tags and required skills, and connect the task to a property, relevant elements and a reservation where appropriate.

### Templates, resources and activity

Use a task template to provide the checklist a worker should complete. Review attachments, supplies and costs alongside comments and activity so the person handling the task has the necessary context.

### Calendar and saved views

Review work by property or worker in the calendar, and switch to a daily view for scheduled times. Create department or custom views for the work your team needs to revisit regularly.

### Plan visits and worker routes

Use Schedule to review unassigned visits and the workers available that day. The walkthrough demonstrates automatic scheduling suggestions, travel times and routes on the map, then discards the proposed changes.

### Workforce context

Check shift availability and the team’s roles and skills alongside task scheduling. The financial and payroll area is described as work in progress in this recording; its setup is not demonstrated.
