क्या Sync होता है

कार्य दोनों दिशाओं में sync होते हैं - Trellis में task बनाएं और यह Breezeway में दिखता है, या Breezeway में बनाएं और यह Trellis में दिखता है। आपकी field teams Breezeway उपयोग करती रह सकती हैं जबकि ops team Trellis में काम करती है।

Integrations page खोलें

Trellis में, Settings > Integrations पर जाएं और Breezeway select करें।

  • Breezeway से मौजूदा tasks उनके status, assignments, comments, और photos के साथ Trellis में दिखाई देते हैं

Task assignments आपके configuration के दौरान set up किए गए team member mapping पर आधारित match होते हैं। यदि Breezeway worker Trellis team member से mapped नहीं है, तो task अभी भी sync होगा लेकिन assignment manually update करना पड़ सकता है।

  • Worker mapping मायने रखता है - setup के दौरान अपने Breezeway workers और vendors को Trellis team members से correctly map करने के लिए समय लें। इससे assignments सटीक रहते हैं।
  • Photos एक दिशा में sync होते हैं - Breezeway में लिए गए photos Trellis में दिखते हैं, लेकिन Trellis में जोड़े गए photos वर्तमान में Breezeway में push नहीं होते।
  • Task priorities और departments (housekeeping, maintenance, inspection) sync के दौरान preserved रहते हैं।
  • Trellis दोनों systems aligned रखने में मदद के लिए periodic reconciliation checks चलाता है।
