Workforce- Drag tasks and visits between properties on the calendar - the By property calendar layout now supports cross-row drag and drop. Drag any task or visit from one property’s row onto another to move it to a different property and reschedule it in a single step. Visits bring all of their linked tasks with them, so the schedule stays intact at the new property. The calendar auto-scrolls when you drag near the top or bottom edge, so you can reach properties that are off-screen without releasing the item. Learn more.

Inbox- Keyboard shortcut to search the inbox - press ⌘F on Mac or Ctrl+F on Windows to jump straight into the inbox search bar from anywhere on the conversation list or inside an open conversation. The filter menu hides itself while you type so the results stay in view. Learn more.
- Cleaner WhatsApp reaction previews - reaction notifications from WhatsApp now show the contact’s name in the conversation list preview (for example, “Maria reacted 👍”) instead of the raw account identifier that used to appear for some senders.
- Save button on agent identity and behavior tabs - edits to your agent’s identity and behavior settings are no longer saved as you type. Make as many changes as you like, then click Save to apply them - so you can refine wording without watching the field jump under your cursor mid-edit.
- Web tracking on the live map - workers signed in to Trellis on a desktop or laptop can now share their location from the browser, so dispatchers and managers working from the office show up on the live tracking map alongside field workers on mobile. A small indicator in the top bar shows when web tracking is active. Learn more.
- Approximate location fallback - if a worker doesn’t have precise GPS or browser location available, the live map can fall back to a city-level approximate location so you can still confirm regional coverage. Each map pin now shows a badge indicating whether the location came from mobile GPS, the browser, or the approximate fallback. Workers who deny location permission are never tracked - Trellis respects that choice and keeps them off the map. Learn more.

Integrations- Connect Ramp to your AI agent - connect a Ramp business to any AI agent so it can read card transactions, look up cards and cardholders, and attribute spend to the right property by writing transaction memos. Ramp activity appears in the same Pulse activity feed as the rest of your operations, so finance moves alongside guest and task work. Memo writes are the only thing the agent pushes back to Ramp - every other change still happens directly in Ramp. Learn more.
- Tag conversations and filter by tag - you can now apply tags to any conversation from the conversation sidebar and filter every inbox view by one or more tags. Create tags on the fly, manage colors and names from Settings → Tags, and use them to triage recurring topics like refunds, VIP guests, or maintenance follow-ups. Learn more.
- Fixed message permalinks jumping to older messages - opening a link to a specific message in a conversation now scrolls directly to that message and centers it in the timeline, even when it’s far older than the most recent activity. Previously these links could surface a “message not in the loaded timeline” notice and require manual scrolling.
- Custom fields on the reservation detail sidebar - every reservation detail sidebar - in the calendar, dashboard, tasks, and the AI chat - now shows the reservation’s custom fields below the booking summary. Operators see the same per-reservation fields their PMS exposes (arrival links, check-in completion, payment status, guest verification, gate codes, and any other custom fields you have configured), so anyone working a task or reviewing a stay has the full context without jumping back into the PMS. Empty values are hidden, and Trellis uses the field label you set in your PMS instead of a generic key.
April 27, 2026
Integrations- Guest reviews from Hostaway and Krossbooking - guest reviews now sync from Hostaway and Krossbooking into Trellis with their ratings, comments, and (where available) host responses. Each review is automatically linked to the matching reservation, property, and guest contact, and Hostaway’s 0–10 ratings are normalized to a 0–5 scale so supported review sources line up side by side. Learn more · Learn more.
- Simpler joining preferences for AI meetings - the calendar auto-join settings have been replaced with four clear toggles: Team, External, Not organized by me, and Not accepted. Turn on any combination to control which meetings the AI agent joins automatically - for example, only customer calls, or every meeting that lands on your calendar. New connections default to covering external, inherited, and unanswered events out of the box. Learn more.
- Pick the agent that drafts each review reply - the review response dialog now includes an agent picker, so you can choose which AI agent generates the draft for that specific review. Switch agents to regenerate the draft using a different voice or set of instructions - handy when you want a property-specific tone, a different language, or a more formal reply for a critical review.
April 26, 2026
Settings- Custom roles in the Permissions page - the Permissions page now lists built-in roles and your own custom roles side by side. Click + New role to create a role with exactly the permissions, inbox access, and property access your team needs, then assign it to members just like a built-in role. Hover any custom role to rename or delete it. Learn more.
- Voice-only phone number notice - if every phone number you have connected is voice-only at the carrier level (common for Mexican long codes), the phone manager now shows an inline banner pointing you to WhatsApp via your inbox settings, so you have a clear path to messaging guests in those regions. The banner disappears as soon as any connected number supports SMS. Learn more.
April 25, 2026
AI Agent- Clickable skill pills in AI chat - when the AI references a skill in its response or thought-process timeline, the skill name now appears as a clickable pill. Click it to open the underlying knowledge base document in the chat preview sidebar, so you can quickly verify the instructions the agent followed. Learn more.
- Mark a visit as no-charge - visit-level cost items can now be marked as not billable from the visit sidebar, mirroring the per-task no-charge toggle. Each task in the visit keeps its own no-charge setting independently. Learn more.
April 24, 2026
Inbox- Reply from the reservation Chat tab - the Chat tab on the reservation detail sidebar now shows the full guest conversation inline with a reply composer at the bottom. You can read recent messages and respond without opening a separate tray. Learn more.
- Refreshed property overview - property detail sections are now grouped into bordered cards with consistent two-column rows, making labels and values easier to scan. The “Add field” action on each group is now a clearly labeled button instead of a floating icon.
April 23, 2026
AI Agent- Redesigned Meetings workspace - every call the AI joins now lives in a dedicated Meetings page in the knowledge base, with a filterable list of past and upcoming meetings, a stats strip for total meetings and hours, and a live indicator for calls in progress. Learn more.
- Meeting detail page with transcripts and notes - open any meeting to see the full time-stamped transcript, editable AI-generated notes, linked properties and reservations, and a follow-up chat scoped to the call. Click Enhance with AI to turn raw notes into a structured recap with action items. Learn more.
- Meeting recap emails - Trellis can automatically email attendees a recap after each meeting, with a clean summary and a link to the full detail page. Configure recap rules per agent from the meetings settings page. Learn more.
- Calendar-scheduled meetings - connect your agent’s calendar and Trellis will dispatch the bot to any event with a supported video link automatically. Set rules to only join events you accepted, only events with specific keywords, or only events on certain calendars. Learn more.
- Per-agent meetings settings - each agent now has a dedicated Meetings settings page for calendar connections, join rules, recap email recipients, and note enhancement preferences. Learn more.
- Visit reschedule moves linked tasks - when you reschedule a visit from the mobile detail screen, every task attached to that visit now moves to the new date automatically. You no longer need to update each task individually after shifting a visit. Learn more.
- Improved reschedule date picker - the visit reschedule screen now uses a full-height calendar sheet that is easier to use on small screens, with the selected date clearly highlighted.
April 21, 2026
Insights- Redesigned Insights tabs - the Insights page now has five purpose-driven tabs: Pulse (what’s happening today), Messaging (AI vs. human guest communications, response funnels, and escalations), Agents (which AI agents are active, their run history, and failure rates), Workforce (task attribution, sources, and per-worker activity), and Reviews (guest review tracking). Each tab is focused on answering one key question about your operations.
- Messaging tab - see how your guest communications break down across channels, track AI auto-send rates, view escalation counts, and follow the flow of inbound messages through a visual funnel showing which conversations involved your team and which were handled automatically.
- Agents tab - view all active AI agents in a single table with channels, connections, knowledge base documents, skills, workflows, run counts, and failure rates at a glance. Drill into per-channel and per-intent breakdowns, plus a daily runs trend chart.
- Workforce tab - track tasks through their lifecycle (created, scheduled, dispatched) with attribution showing whether each task came from AI, automation, an integration, or a team member. View per-worker activity tables and task source breakdowns.
- Streamlined toolbar - the knowledge base page now has a single-row toolbar with search, filters, and actions consolidated into one space. Sort and filter options are grouped under a single icon for a cleaner layout.
- Simplified search - knowledge base search now offers two modes: Title search for quick offline filtering by document name, and Smart search for AI-powered results that match on content and meaning.
April 19, 2026
Tasks- Visits and tasks toggle on the calendar - the task list calendar view now has a toggle to switch between Visits and Tasks mode. Visits mode shows grouped visits as before. Tasks mode shows individual task cards color-coded by department with status icons, and supports filtering by status, department, priority, assignee, and property. Learn more.
April 17, 2026
Insights- Agent activity feed - the Insights Pulse tab now shows a live feed of recent AI agent actions instead of the previous Daily Pulse summary. Each row displays what the agent did - such as sending a message, creating a task, or updating a property - and you can expand any row to see the details. Click Open chat on any entry to jump straight to the conversation where the action happened.
- Drill-down on every stat - every number on the Insights page is now clickable. Click any stat card, table cell, chart bar, or data point to open a detail sidebar showing the underlying records - conversations, tasks, workflow runs, team members, and more. From there, you can drill deeper into individual conversations, tasks, or visits without leaving the Insights page.
- Unassigned tab for vendor workspaces - vendor organizations now see a dedicated Unassigned tab in the task list, showing all tasks pushed by property managers that have not yet been assigned to a specific team member. Once you assign someone, the task moves to the appropriate tab automatically. Learn more.
April 16, 2026
AI Agent- Shift clock-in and clock-out - the AI agent can now update actual clock-in and clock-out times on team member shifts. When both times are provided, actual hours worked are calculated automatically. Ask the agent to record shift times instead of updating them manually. Learn more.
April 15, 2026
AI Agent- Department management - the AI agent can now create, rename, and delete task departments, so you can organize work beyond the default cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and front office categories. The agent can also reassign tasks from one department to another when the scope of work changes. Learn more.
April 14, 2026
Workflows- Action access for AI agent steps - you can now restrict what an AI agent step is allowed to do. Set action access in the step configuration to keep the agent focused on a specific job - like only messaging, or only task management. Trellis validates your selection at save time. Learn more.
- Per-step timing details - each workflow step now shows clearer timing and status details in the run detail sidebar. This makes it easier to understand how your AI-powered automations are performing and identify steps that could be optimized. Learn more.
April 10, 2026
Properties- Pipeline board view - properties now have a customizable Kanban-style pipeline. Create stages, drag properties between columns, and track deals from prospecting through to close - all from a visual board. Learn more.
- Automated credential verification - when you save login credentials for a third-party platform, Trellis now automatically verifies them by logging in on your behalf. You will see a verified status badge on each credential card, and a Re-verify button if you need to check again. Learn more.
- Supplies on the create form - you can now add required supplies when creating a task, not just after the fact. A searchable picker lets you select items and quantities in one step. Learn more.
- Checklist items grouped by room - checklist items in the task sidebar are now organized by room or section, making it easier to work through longer lists. Learn more.
- Supplies visible to field workers - field workers can now see the supplies assigned to a task directly in their mobile view, so they know what materials to bring before heading to a property. Learn more.
- Automatic inventory updates - completing a task now decrements inventory stock for any supplies attached to it, keeping your counts accurate without manual adjustments. Learn more.
- Reopen completed tasks - the AI agent can now reopen tasks that were previously marked complete, useful when a guest reports an issue that needs follow-up on a finished task. Learn more.
- @mentions in task comments - when the AI agent leaves a comment on a task and mentions a team member, that person now receives a notification. Previously, agent-created @mentions did not trigger alerts. Learn more.
- Redesigned run detail sidebar - the workflow run sidebar now shows entity rows (reservations, contacts, properties) linked to each run, per-step summaries with output previews, and a Details tab with execution history. Easier to review and understand what each run did. Learn more.
- Default contact type per email address - you can now set a default contact type (guest, vendor, or owner) for each connected email address. Incoming messages from unknown senders are automatically assigned the right type, reducing manual triage. Learn more.
- Filters are now available on the knowledge base page, letting you narrow articles by type or search term.
- Improved step navigation - swiping between checklist steps is smoother, and cross-section navigation works more reliably.
- HEIC photos uploaded as reference images in checklist steps now display correctly.
- My Visits page - a new dedicated page shows all your visits in one place, with Upcoming and Past tabs. Each visit card displays the property name, address, and task progress so you know exactly how much work is left. Access it from the More menu. Learn more.
- Upcoming visits on the schedule - the Schedule screen now shows your upcoming visits directly below your shifts, so you can see what is coming up without leaving the page.

April 9, 2026
Mobile App- Task filters - you can now filter your task list on the mobile app by status, assignee, property, and more. Quickly narrow down your view to find exactly the tasks you need while on the go.

April 8, 2026

April 6, 2026
Guesty Integration- Calendar unblock and notes - you can now unblock previously blocked dates on your Guesty calendar directly from Trellis, and add notes when blocking dates. - Workflow run summaries now show richer detail: the last meaningful step output, what triggered the run, loop iteration counts, and a badge highlighting the slowest step.
- Smarter validation for AI agent steps - when you save a workflow, Trellis now checks for common configuration mistakes and warns you before they cause problems at runtime. You will see warnings if timeout values are too short for structured-output steps, if context references point to missing inputs, or if loop variables are used outside of a loop.
- Fixed an issue where AI agent steps with structured output could fail silently when the agent returned an empty response. These steps now retry or surface a clear error in the run history.

April 5, 2026
