Guesty Integration- Calendar unblock and notes — you can now unblock previously blocked dates on your Guesty calendar directly from Trellis, and add notes when blocking dates. If your block reason doesn’t match one of Guesty’s predefined categories, Trellis automatically preserves your text as a note. Works from the AI agent too — just ask it to block or unblock dates. - Introducing the guest portal — a branded pre-check-in experience you send to every guest. Collect identity documents, signed agreements, security deposits, and custom questions before arrival. Learn more.
- 10 verification step types let you build the exact check-in flow you need: guest details, additional questions, other guests, agreements, identity checks, security deposits, damage waivers, mandatory fees, background checks, and authority reporting.
- Step conditions control which steps each guest sees based on booking source, length of stay, or whether they are a returning guest.
- Upsell products let guests browse and purchase add-ons (early check-in, grocery packages, experiences) directly from the portal. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect.
- Smart lock access codes generate automatically for each reservation and display in the portal after guests complete verification.
- Device management dashboard gives you a fleet-level view of all connected smart locks and devices with remote lock/unlock, status monitoring, and battery tracking.
- Workflow run summaries now show richer detail: the last meaningful step output, what triggered the run, loop iteration counts, and a badge highlighting the slowest step.
- Contact cards now have a three-dot menu with Edit, Merge, and Delete actions — the same quick-action pattern available on company cards. Merging lets you combine duplicate contacts into a single record.
- You can now click any activity in a contact’s timeline to edit it. Update the details, change the type, or add context — no need to delete and re-create activities.
- You can now insert personalization variables into email subject lines, not just the message body. Use the variable picker in the sequence builder to add dynamic fields like contact name, company, or property details to your subject lines.
- Two new template variables are available: listing count (the number of listings a company manages) and PMS (the property management system the company uses). These are especially useful for outreach sequences targeting property managers.
- Block unwanted email senders — a new Blocked Senders section in email settings lets you filter out emails by exact address or regex pattern. Blocked messages are silently dropped before reaching your inbox, so they never trigger AI replies or notifications. Learn more.
- You can now expand any email message to read it in a full-screen view. Hover over an email and click the expand button to open the message with full headers (subject, from, to, cc, and date) and the complete email body. Reply, Reply All, and Forward actions are available directly from the expanded view.
- Resizable email previews — drag the top or bottom edge of any email card to adjust the preview height. Your preferred height is remembered across sessions. Learn more.
- Fixed an issue where browser autocomplete interfered with email address entry in the compose window.

Contacts- You can now bulk-import contacts via CSV. Upload a file, preview and map your columns, then import — all in a guided 3-step flow. Download a template to get started quickly, drag and drop files, and review any errors with a downloadable report.
- Fixed an issue where logging activities (notes, emails, and calls) on a contact detail page did not save correctly.
- Manual escalations from the inbox now trigger workflow runs automatically. Previously only AI-triggered escalations fired workflows — now both paths work.
- Added unread notification badge to the profile tab. The badge updates in real-time as new notifications arrive and clears when you read them.

Guesty Integration- Reservation-level custom fields now sync from Guesty into Trellis. Previously only property-level custom fields were synced.
- Fixed folio summary showing $0 paid when the breakdown had correct data.
