Connect Trellis to Calry to sync your properties, reservations, and guest conversations - even if your data lives across multiple property management systems. Calry acts as a bridge, giving Trellis access to your PMS data through a single connection.

Supported PMS platforms

Calry connects Trellis to a growing list of property management systems, including:
  • Hostfully
  • Hostify
  • Avantio
  • And more - ask your Trellis account manager for the latest list
If you use a PMS that Trellis doesn’t integrate with directly, Calry may be able to bridge the gap. Contact your Trellis account manager to check compatibility.

What to expect after connecting

  • Properties from your connected PMS platforms appear in Trellis with full details - bedrooms, bathrooms, max guests, descriptions, and photos
  • Amenities for each property are imported and visible on your property pages
  • Reservations sync with guest details and stay information when the connected PMS updates are processed
  • Contacts are created for your guests and linked to their reservations, visible in your CRM
  • Guest conversations appear in your Trellis inbox, and replies you send in Trellis reach the guest when the underlying PMS supports outbound messages through Calry
  • New bookings and messages are picked up as connected PMS updates are processed
Calry connects to many different PMS platforms behind the scenes. The specific data available may vary slightly depending on which PMS you use. Your Trellis account manager can help clarify what’s supported for your setup.

Manual sync

You can trigger a manual sync at any time from Settings > Integrations > Calry. Click the Sync button to open the sync dialog, where you choose how far back to import data. Available options:
PresetWhat it imports
7 days agoReservations from the last week
30 days agoReservations from the last 30 days
90 days agoReservations from the last 90 days
CustomA custom number of days you specify (up to 90)
Use the Custom option to enter an exact number of days. For example, enter 45 to import all reservations from the last 45 days.
Calry syncs support a maximum range of 90 days. For a broader historical import, run multiple syncs with different date ranges or contact support.

Good to know

  • Calry is ideal for operators who use a PMS that Trellis doesn’t have a direct integration with, or for operators managing properties across multiple PMS platforms.
  • The integration handles the complexity of different PMS formats - you just see clean, unified data in Trellis.
  • If you switch PMS platforms in the future, you may only need to update your Calry configuration rather than reconfiguring Trellis.
