Trellis connects directly to the property management systems and communication tools your team relies on every day. Once connected, Trellis imports the provider-supported records and keeps them coordinated through provider updates, scheduled syncs, and manual sync controls.

How Integrations Work

When you connect a platform to Trellis, sync behavior depends on what that provider exposes:
  1. Initial sync - Trellis imports the existing properties, reservations, guests, messages, reviews, or task records supported by that provider
  2. Ongoing sync - Provider updates, scheduled syncs, and manual sync controls keep supported records current
  3. Two-way actions where available - Messages, tasks, reservations, and review replies only flow back to the provider on integrations that support those outbound actions
You can connect multiple integrations at the same time. For example, use Guesty for reservations and Breezeway for field operations. Each integration page explains its directionality and caveats.

Getting Started

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your Trellis workspace
  2. Select the platform you want to connect
  3. Follow the setup steps for that integration
  4. Your data will begin syncing automatically
