How Integrations Work
When you connect a platform to Trellis, your data stays in sync automatically:- Initial sync — Trellis imports your existing properties, reservations, and guest data
- Ongoing sync — Changes made in either system are reflected in the other within minutes
- Two-way communication — Messages sent from Trellis appear in your PMS, and vice versa
You can connect multiple integrations at the same time. For example, use Guesty for reservations and Breezeway for field operations — Trellis keeps everything coordinated.
Getting Started
- Go to Settings > Integrations in your Trellis workspace
- Select the platform you want to connect
- Follow the setup steps for that integration
- Your data will begin syncing automatically
