Sync latency dashboard

The sync latency dashboard gives you a real-time view of how quickly data flows from Krossbooking into Trellis. You’ll find it under Settings > Integrations > Krossbooking. The dashboard tracks latency across three sync types:
Sync typeWhat it measures
MessagesTime for new guest messages to appear in your Trellis inbox
ThreadsTime for conversation threads to sync from Krossbooking
ReservationsTime for new or updated bookings to reflect in Trellis
For each sync type, the dashboard displays three performance percentiles:
  • p50 - The median sync time. Half of all syncs complete faster than this.
  • p90 - 90% of syncs complete within this time.
  • p99 - 99% of syncs complete within this time. This captures occasional slower syncs.
The line chart shows how these values trend over time, so you can spot if sync performance is improving or degrading.
Latency is measured on regular incremental syncs only - the initial import after connecting your account is not included, since it processes a larger volume of historical data.
Use the latency dashboard to see actual sync timing for your workspace. If you see p99 values consistently rising, contact support so we can investigate.

Good to Know

  • Krossbooking is especially popular with operators in Italy and Southern Europe. Trellis supports the Kross data surfaces shown on this page.
  • Conversation channels exposed through the Krossbooking integration (Booking.com, Airbnb, direct, etc.) are unified in your Trellis inbox.
  • Sync runs regularly, so new reservations and messages appear in Trellis after provider updates are processed.
